What They Were Facing
The property was experiencing chronic guest complaints about slow and unreliable Wi-Fi, especially in far-wing rooms and the lobby area. The aging network infrastructure was incapable of handling the bandwidth demands of hundreds of simultaneous guest devices, and the front desk systems were frequently impacted by network slowdowns.
How We Solved It
We performed a complete network infrastructure assessment and redesign. A high-density hospitality-grade Wi-Fi network was deployed throughout the property using Cisco Meraki access points, with dedicated VLANs separating guest traffic from staff and POS systems. Redundant internet connections with automatic failover were configured to eliminate downtime.
